At The Perfume Dupe, we want you to love your fragrance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at theperfumedupe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different fragrance, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
