30-Day Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at support@theperfumedupe.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return
Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@theperfumedupe.com. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
